Dr. Marcus Macauley | Founder + CEO

Marcus is an expert in public opinion research, data science, and strategic consulting. With a background in Canadian politics and public affairs, Marcus has over 10 years' experience delivering data-driven insights to leaders and stakeholders across industry, government, and academia. Marcus is a highly skilled leader and communicator who is passionate about translating empirical findings into real-world results. Marcus holds a PhD and master’s degree in Political Science from Simon Fraser University.

Alex is a computational social scientist with expertise in data analytics, survey design, and public opinion research. He holds a PhD from Simon Fraser University and received advanced methodological training at the University of Essex and the European Consortium for Political Research. His work combines multilevel modelling, network analysis, text-as-data techniques, and social media analytics to study civic engagement and political behaviour. Alex is dedicated to translating data-driven social science into insights that strengthen public understanding and participation.

Our Team

Steven is a Professor of Political Science and Director of the School of Public Policy at Simon Fraser University. He has published widely in leading journals such as the American Journal of Political Science, British Journal of Political Science, European Journal of Political Research, and Party Politics. He founded SFU’s Centre for Public Opinion and Political Representation and the Social Data Analytics program, and teaches graduate and undergraduate courses in quantitative methods, data science, and political behaviour. Steven holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine.
